Let us know your brief, what it is you're looking for, and maybe what you don't want! This will help us search and will save you valuable time and disappointment when you visit. Give us as much information as possible - is it for rental or investment? Do you need land? Do you have young family? All this information is useful when searching for properties.On your visit we will accompany you on viewings with the estate agent. We can also advise on other matters, such as building work, building permissions, mortgages and what life is like here.
It's always good to meet before viewing. We make full use of technology to ensure we have all the information we need to make meeting anywhere possible. Or if you prefer, visit us in our office which is attached to our home.
Transportation
Having a car is essential. A hire car can be collected from the airport you arrive at.
Accommodation
You will need somewhere to stay when you come - we can recommend places or help you find somewhere convenient and within your budget. Please contact us if you need help.
Here are few places we highly recommend:
- Ponchietta Agriturismo - located in the Roero this is a wonderful rural experience and true hospitality. If you are viewing houses with us it might be a good place to stay.
- Cà del Lupo - everyone loves this modern hotel in the most beautiful of settings. We promise you will not be dissapointed.
