With the famous Langhe wine region and an International airport within 30 minutes, ski resorts within 15 minutes (Frabosa, Limone Piemonte) and the beautiful and historic town of Mondovì only five minutes away this is a very attractive property.

The scenery is always spectacular and it's very accessible by car and plane. The sea is only an hour's drive away.

There's ample parking and lots of space for children. The price of €499,000 is negotiable. Viewing is essential as I photographed early in the morning and with the winter's first frost.
