An established wine label and a house with incredible views located in the world famous Barbaresco wine region of Piemonte, Italy.
The vineyard is located in the prestigious and world-famous DOCG Barbaresco denomination area. There are a total of 13,000 sqm (3.2 acres) including 8,900 sqm of DOCG Barbaresco and 3,900 sqm of DOC Dolcetto d'Alba. The vines are in excellent condition and are cared for by a local wine expert. The vines produce around 5,000 bottle of DOCG Barbaresco and 2,500 bottles of DOC Dolcetto d'Alba wines per year.

Location: The views all around the property are incredible. Hilltop towns, vines and the Barbaresco tower overlooking the valley that runs from Asti to Alba. The property is a small 'frazione' (hamlet) of several homes and just a few minutes drive from town, so is tranquil but not isolated.
The main house dates back to around the year 1800 and was fully restored in 2005. The ground floor comprises of a kitchen, living room and entrance to the large rear balcony. A perfect place to spend the warm summer days!
The first floor has three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the ceilings are brick vaulted and fully restored. There are superb views over the vines, towards to local ancient hilltop town.
Under the main house is the heart of the business - the winery. One room contains the storage tanks and barrels, the other the bottling and box room with the wine-tasting room in front. Here guests can try wines and buy.
Adjacent to the house is the old stable and store. This can easily be converted into living accommodation. It is very spacious and could easily provide another 3-4 bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens. Behind this is the garage and large one bedroom apartment above. This can easily fetch €500 a week in rental income.
