Govone is located halfway between Asti and Alba Piedmont (Piemonte), just below the ancient town. Surrounded by nearly four acres of beautiful gardens it is completely private but easily accessible.
The house has three bedrooms, kitchen/living room, 2 bathrooms, cellar and store room.
Just in front of the main house is a second building with double garage, covered dining area complete with a large pizza and bread oven. On the rear of the building is long room for social use as well the laundry.
The gardens are spectacular. There is ample place for a swimming pool (all the necessary plumbing is in place). There is a fish pond and large fountain.
This is a wonderful alternative to living in isolated places. Alba is a very short drive, as well as Asti.
The house was fully restored to a very high standard 20 years ago.

If you are not looking for a large house and love the outdoors don't overlook this property. It really is very special. The price is negotiable.
