This Roero farmhouse is in excellent condition, is in the most tranquil of locations, but just minutes from the town of Monticello (Alba) Piedmont Italy.

Our Opinion
This is a really beautiful location and a great house. The owner is keen to sell so the price is negotiable. Roero is a good place to buy as prices are increasing year after year as the larger towns are becoming much more expensive to live in. Really worth viewing!
