The ground floor consists of a living room, 2 dining rooms, 2 bathrooms and kitchen.

The first floor has 4 large rooms. One is a beautiful luxurious bathroom and another is currently used as a kitchen/living room, but this could easily be transformed into a bedroom. The other two rooms are large bedrooms.

The second floor is ready to convert into two good sized bedrooms, bathroom and balcony. The plans have been accepted by the planning office and the estimate to carry out the work is 15,000 euros. There really is not much to do.

Outside is a wonderful huge cellar cut into the ground by hand. It remains at 12C whatever the weather. There's a laundry and a room that houses a backup generator should the electricity fail.

Our Opinion

The owners have spared no expense to restore this house. It really is very beautiful. The owner says he will negotiate the price a little and is willing to talk about leaving all the furniture, including the industrial kitchen.
