Situated just a few minutes from Montechiaro and only 10 minutes drive from Asti, this wonderful house has been restored to a very high standard. The current owners are passionate chefs so run a small, exclusive restaurant from the house. There's an industrial kitchen, bar and two seating areas.

The surrounding gardens are very pleasant with a flat lawn, large parking area and then a large area just below the house, to the rear, where there's ample space for a swimming pool. the garden is illuminated and there are automatic gates.
There's no passing traffic. The property is on a hillside with view of the Alps and surrounding countryside. The house is attached on one side but it is completely private.
Our Opinion
The owners have spared no expense to restore this house. It really is very beautiful. The owner says he will negotiate the price a little and is willing to talk about leaving all the furniture, including the industrial kitchen.
