The property is located close to Mezzolombardo and within 10 minutes of Latemar Cermis ski resort and Obereggen Pampeago is just 20 minutes. Located in val di Fiemme, it is close to val di Fassa (Moena, Canazei, passo Pordoi and passo sella).
Renting the property is no problem. In the summer it is possible to find clients 3 months at a rate of around 600 euros per week for 6 persons. From December to Easter around 800 euros per week (December 25 to January 6 and the Easter week in the high season). There is already someone trustworthy to care for the property should you want to rent.
